We offer a wide range of authentic South Asian groceries that reflect the rich cultural diversity of the region. Our products include traditional spices and masalas, lentils and legumes, rice and grains, flours, oils, ghee, sweets, snacks, frozen food and much more.

Shipping & Delivery

Is 'Next Day Delivery' possible to my location which is very remote?

Why not? Be it anywhere in Germany, we promise to deliver your order the very next working day, provided, you place the order between Monday to Thursday before 9.00 Hrs.

Disclaimer: In case the shipment is not delivered the next working day due to unforeseen situations by our shipping partners, we don't promise to compensate by a refund or rebate.

Do you also offer Same Day Delivery?

Yes! We offer same-day delivery for all local customers who place orders before 12.00 Hrs between Monday to Saturday, ensuring your package is delivered promptly and efficiently to your doorstep.

What if my shipment is returned back by our shipping partner?

If the shipment is returned back to us for any reason contributed by the recipient, such as name not clearly mentioned on the door bell/Mail Box, refusal to accept the delivery, failure to collect the parcel from the Pack station or collection point, etc., we will refund the order amount except for perishable products (fresh vegetables, frozen products, paneer & batter). A flat return shipment charge of 5.99€ would be deducted from the customer. 

How can I track my order?

We provide our customers with a tracking number by Email for their order once the order has been confirmed, packed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status of your order and estimated delivery date.
Local deliveries are delivered on the same day or the next working day depending on the time at which the order was received.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Cancellation of an order is possible until it has not been handed over to our shipping partner. A processing fee of 5€ will be deducted from the refund amount. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to make changes once an order is submitted. However, if you have any concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us through the WhatsApp chat button or through the contact form in the “Contact” section.

What is the minimum order value for free delivery?

We are offering free delivery throughout Germany for cart values over 39€. For cart values between 0.00€ and 38.99€, we charge a flat rate of 5.99€ for nationwide shipping. 

For local orders, the cart values are kept considerably low as per different zones starting from 19.99€ minimum order value. Please refer the 'Shipping & Delivery' page to know about various zones and free delivery cart values.

NoteCart value and Order value are different in the sense that an order value may include shipping fee if the cart value doesn't qualify for free shipping depending on the postal code.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through various payment methods, including credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Union Pay as well as payments through the trusted and widely used PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I purchase products at your fulfilment store in person?

We are an online-only web shop and currently not offering in-store shopping experience to our customers. You are thereby encouraged to shop at the comfort of your home allowing us to do the weightlifting for you.


My Account

How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on the “My Account” icon located on the top right corner of the homepage screen and then click on "Create Account". You will be prompted to fill out your name and email address and then click “Register”. An Email will be sent to you to set a password of your choice. Later on, you may save your address and other details. By creating an account, you will be able to view your order history, track your shipments, and save your payment information for future purchases.

Can I view past orders?

To access your order history, please login to your account. Once you have accessed your account, click on the "Orders" tab to view a list of your previous orders. From here, you can review the details of each order, including the order date, items purchased, and shipping information. You may also download the invoice generated for your order.
