Returns
The return window for our products is 14 days from the date you receive them. Once the 14-day return period is over, the products will not be eligible for a refund
Returns will be accepted only if:
- The product received is unfit for consumption at the time of delivery
- The product has physical damages
Note:
- For a product to qualify for a return, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must also remain in its original packaging.
- Perishable items – fresh vegetables, fruits, frozen food, and other such perishables are not eligible for any return or exchange.
Refunds
When we receive and inspect the item you want to return or exchange, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your product for processing. Then, we will convey whether your request for an exchange or return is approved or rejected. Upon approval of your request, we will process your refund. It can take between 5-7 working days for the refund to reach your account.
Perishables
Products that are perishable within a short duration such as fresh vegetables, fruits, paneer, batter and frozen products are non-returnable. Nevertheless, we may consider issuing a refund if the received product is in a state which is not suitable for consumption. This has to be reported by the customer with 12 hours of receiving the product with sufficient proof such as a photograph.
Lost / Damaged Package
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged during transit, the item will be resent or refunded after contacting you.

Note: Products with special offer promotions are not eligible for returns or refunds. Only regular-priced items are refundable.
Exchanges

The customer will bear the shipping costs of returning the products. The cost of shipping the product to the customer, if any, will be refunded upon receipt of the returned product, provided all the products in the order are returned back. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total value. The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you varies depending on where you live. We advise you to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance when you ship an item. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you wish to return.
